How we work
What we repair
The My Master service centre in Kharkiv repairs laptops, desktop and gaming PCs, smartphones, tablets, TVs, monitors, game consoles and uninterruptible power supplies. We handle routine jobs — screen, battery, keyboard and power jack replacement, dust cleaning with thermal paste renewal — as well as complex component-level motherboard repair with BGA soldering and data recovery from failed drives.
Diagnostics and a fixed price
Every job starts with a diagnostic that identifies the exact cause of the fault. Based on it we quote a fixed price and turnaround time, and work only begins once you approve the quote, so the final amount does not change midway. Most routine repairs are completed within one or two days; component-level work and orders for rare parts can take longer.
Warranty and parts
All labour and installed parts are covered by a warranty of up to 12 months. We use original or tested compatible components and tell you in advance when only a compatible equivalent is available for your model.
