Is there a repair warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1 to 6 month warranty for all types of repairs. 1 to 24 months warranty for components purchased from partners.
What types of repairs do you do?
Repair of any complexity, including the manufacture of spare parts using 3D printing.
Are you responsible for data security?
The service center is not responsible for possible loss of data in the device's memory, as well as for abandoned SIM cards. Take care of backing up confidential and personal information in advance.
Did the equipment stop working after diagnostics?
Sometimes diagnostics or repair reveals hidden faults that weren't visible at first. If that happens, we will always contact you, explain the situation and agree on the next steps — no work is done without your approval.
What if there are problems repairing a flooded laptop, for example?
Repairing liquid-damaged or corroded devices always carries some risk: the damage may affect more components than is visible at first. We will honestly explain the risks before starting, and every decision is made together with you.
Is there a guarantee after flooding?
Components refurbished after liquid damage are not covered by the warranty or extended.
Can you refuse to repair?
It happens rarely. We may not be able to accept a device if it is heavily soiled, shows traces of insects inside the case, arrives disassembled, or is missing required parts. In most cases just letting us know in advance is enough — we'll tell you how to prepare the device.
What should I do if my repair was declined?
If we couldn't take your device in for repair, give us a call — the technician will explain the reason and suggest possible options. Most of the time a short conversation resolves the issue.
Do you have free diagnostics?
Diagnostics are charged if reasonable repair is denied; diagnostics cost varies by device type.
