Is there a repair warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1 to 6 month warranty for all types of repairs. 1 to 24 months warranty for components purchased from partners.
What types of repairs do you do?
Repair of any complexity, including the manufacture of spare parts using 3D printing.
Are you responsible for data security?
The service center is not responsible for possible loss of data in the device's memory, as well as for abandoned SIM cards. Take care of backing up confidential and personal information in advance.
Did the equipment stop working after diagnostics?
Customer agrees with possible additional faults that may be discovered during repair or diagnostics, and assumes all financial obligations.
What if there are problems repairing a flooded laptop, for example?
The customer assumes the risk of a possible complete or partial loss of device performance during the repair process, in cases of gross violations of operating conditions by the user, the presence of traces of conductive liquid (corrosion) or mechanical damage, and assumes all financial obligations.
Is there a guarantee after flooding?
Components refurbished after liquid damage are not covered by the warranty or extended.
Can you refuse to repair ?
The Service Center may refuse to issue a device to a client in the following cases: the device is very dirty; there are traces of insects in the device case; the device is disassembled; the device is not complete.

The Service Center reserves the right to refuse service to a client without giving reasons.
Do you have free diagnostics?
Diagnostics are charged if reasonable repair is denied; diagnostics cost varies by device type.
